Dr. Moses Alagbe is a John Maxwell certified coach and trainer with John Maxwell Team USA. (JMT). Between 2004 and 2008 Dr. Moses Alagbe completed doctoral degree program in transformational leadership for global cities at Bakke graduate university Seattle, Washington. USA. He was involved in research and studies of city transformation in Manila Philippines, Shanghai and Beijin in China.

 He was a co-director of Bureau Speelberg (a coaching and training company in the Netherlands) from 1996 till 2014. He has worked in different leadership capacity in many Non-for Profit organizations in The Netherlands. Dr. Alagbe is married to Annet (a former Dutch police chief) and they are parents to Philip, Liticia, Joshua and Yentl.
